Customer Proprietary Network Information Notice (“CPNI”)

At Call Plan, we value you as a customer and we know how much privacy means to you. We have a long standing policy of guarding personal and business information. CPNI information will not be shared with unrelated 3rd parties although CPNI can be disclosed to comply with any laws, court orders, and subpoenas or to provide services to you pursuant to your Agreement. Call Plan provides service to you and/or your business. In doing so, Call Plan may collect certain information that is made available solely by virtue of our service relationship with your firm (such as details regarding your telecommunications services, technical configurations, location and amount of use of such services. This information and its related billing information are known as Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). Call Plan has a long-standing policy of guarding CPNI information, and the FCC (and other regulators) requires Call Plan to protect your information.
